List reported Meta actions
The Meta action types in this client's imported Meta Ads reports for the window, with the counts Meta reported per attribution window, to pick a meta: conversion. Not every event the Pixel or Conversions API received, and not event delivery status. No decisions or attribution are computed. The only filters are from, to and account_id, plus the usual location_id location context; any other parameter answers 400.
