Check tracking health and results across every client, and a single client's week at a glance.
Agency overview
The agency Overview shows tracking health and results across every client for the last 7 full days. Choose Overview in the agency navigation.

| Active clients | Clients that are not paused, out of all clients. |
| Events | Events received across all clients. |
| Sessions | Visits across all clients. |
| Failed deliveries (24h) | Deliveries to destinations that failed in the last 24 hours. |
Events by client charts each client's events. Client health counts clients as Healthy, Needs attention or Broken.
Needs attention lists each client with a problem:

Click Ask agent on a client to work through the problem in the chat panel, or All alerts to open Alerts. Ask for a roster summary asks the assistant to summarize every client's week. When nothing needs attention, every client is enabled, sent events in the last 24 hours and has no failed deliveries.
Client overview
Open a client to see its week at a glance, compared with the previous 7 days:
- Sessions: visits.
- Conversions: the count of the chosen Conversion event.
- Revenue for stores, or Leads for other clients.
- Visitors identified: the share of visits from people Mythic knows by email or user id.
Sessions charts the last 30 days. Conversion funnel shows how many people went from a visit to the conversion in the last 7 days. Add steps between them to see where people drop off. A client that only sends page views has no funnel. Track a form submission, booking or purchase to see one.
Client users who log in to the portal see this screen as their home page.
