Short link uptime across clients
Every short link checked in the last 24 hours, for every client, in one call. Each link has its latest check (up or down, status code or error, response time), its 24h uptime, and its check counts over days_back. The summary counts links and links down now, and gives check-weighted uptime over the window (null when nothing was checked). Down links sort first. A link raises an uptime alert after 2 failed checks in a row; is_up is the latest single check.

Agency key (ak_) only — a location secret key (sk_) gets 403 agency_required. Keys are server-side credentials; this surface serves no CORS headers on purpose. Agency-wide scoped keys (mcp_ with no fixed location) are accepted too and need agency:read; a client-bound mcp_ key gets 403 agency_key_required. See Using an mcp_ key over HTTP.
