Get the session-replay capture config
The rrweb capture configuration for this location, or null when replay is off. Readable with an agency key (ak_, pass ?location_id=) or a viewer key (sk_).
effective.enabled is the one to read: a config object can exist with enabled: false, which is off. valid_keys lists every tunable, so the available knobs are discoverable rather than guessed at.
