Events & ExportSession health

Session health

Checks whether the site's own code keeps starting new sessions. The SDK starts a new session only after 4 hours of inactivity, so a device that starts a new session within 5 minutes of its previous one was restarted by the site: usually reset() on every page load (for example while login state is still loading, before identify()), a second SDK install, or code that clears storage. Overlapping sessions on one device count as restarts too.

status is restarting when 5% or more of the window's sessions are restarts, ok below that, insufficient_data under 100 sessions, and no_data with no web sessions. likely_cause is reset_before_identify when most restarted sessions open with $identify. The daily sessions alert source uses the same report.
