Events & ExportIgnore an exception issue

Ignore an exception issue

Ignore one issue for this client so it stops alerting. The daily exceptions alert never raises it again, and its open exceptions alert is resolved now (resolved_by: user, no notification). Its errors are still recorded and still listed, with ignored: true. Use it for errors that are not the site's fault, such as an in-app browser's own injected script.

Idempotent: a repeated call keeps the original ignored_at and ignored_by. An omitted note keeps the stored one, "note": null clears it. Needs an agency key (ak_) with a bound location, or an mcp_ key with exceptions:write; location secret keys (sk_) are read-only and get 403.
