List scout models
Models a scout can run on. openrouter: OpenRouter's public catalog filtered to models that accept tools, without lite, nano or :free models (at most 400). gemini: the current Gemini Flash models. cloudflare: a fixed list of tool-capable models, Workers AI @cf/ models plus google/gemini-3.8-flash and google/gemini-3.7-flash, with default @cf/moonshotai/kimi-k2.6. Read the list from this endpoint rather than hard-coding it.
