Errors
See the browser errors on clients' sites, grouped into issues, and how many visits they affect.
Overview
Mythic records the JavaScript errors visitors hit on a client's site and groups repeats of the same error into an issue. Both views cover the last 7 days (UTC).
- From the agency, Errors compares every client.
- Open a client and choose Errors to see its issues.
Crash-free sessions is the share of visits that had no error. It is the quickest way to tell whether errors are affecting real visitors.
Across clients
The tiles show total occurrences with the change from the previous week, crash-free sessions, and new issues across every client. The chart shows the 5 clients with the most occurrences.

One client
The tiles show Occurrences (7d), Crash-free sessions, Issues and New this week, each with the change from last week where there is one. Weekly digest charts occurrences per day, this week against last.
Each issue shows:

| Issue | The error type and message, marked New if first seen this week. |
| Events | How many times it happened. |
| Visitors | How many people hit it. |
| Last seen | When it last happened. |
Open shows the latest stack trace and each occurrence with its time, page, browser and the end of the session id. Diagnose asks the assistant in the chat panel to find the cause and an affected session.
