ScreensSettings

Settings

Set your agency profile, let clients log in to their own portal, and manage where connection flows return.

Overview

The Settings screen sets your agency profile, what your clients see when they log in, and where connection flows such as GoHighLevel return. Choose Settings in the agency navigation.

Agency

  • Agency name: the name clients see. Leave it blank to use your Mythic agency name.
  • Portal domain: where clients log in, such as insights.youragency.com. The app stores it but does not set up DNS. Point the domain at the app yourself.
  • Let clients log in: client users see only their own site, read-only.
  • Client chat: lets client users ask the assistant about their own data. It is read-only and cannot change tracking or destinations.

Click Save changes.

Portal members

Invite a client user to give them read-only access to their site:

  1. Enter their Email.
  2. Pick the Client.
  3. Click Invite.

Each member shows a status: Invited (has not signed in yet), Active or Removed, with the client and their last login. Re-invite sends the invite again. Remove takes away their access immediately. You can invite them again later.

Invited members cannot sign in until Let clients log in is on and saved. Clients see only the dashboards you share with them. See Dashboards.

Callback origins

When you connect a service such as GoHighLevel, Mythic returns you to this app afterwards. Callback origins lists the addresses it may return to, one per line, such as https://app.youragency.com. Paths are ignored. Up to 20.

If the screen warns that this app's origin is not registered, click Save callback origins. Connecting GoHighLevel from the app also registers it.
