Overview
The Usage & billing screen shows your subscription, your plan, event volume this month and the API requests made with your agency's keys. Choose Usage & billing in the agency navigation.
Billing
The billing card shows the state of your subscription:
- Subscribe starts a subscription.
- Connect my subscription links a subscription you already bought. Use the same email you sign in with.
- Manage billing opens the billing portal in a new tab to change your plan, card or invoices.
If a payment fails, the card asks you to update your card. If the subscription ends, reports and data reads are paused until you renew.
Plan and volume
| Tile | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Standard clients | Clients on the Standard plan. |
| Pro clients | Clients on the Pro plan. |
| Plan | Your plan, with events used against the allowance where it has one. |
| Events this month | Events received this month across all clients. |
API requests
API requests per day charts requests made with your agency's API and MCP keys, by API. This counts requests, not events. The table under it lists each route with its request count and 5xx server errors.
Keys are managed on the API & MCP keys screen.
