Connect GoHighLevel
Link a client to its GoHighLevel sub-account so Mythic receives the client's CRM activity and ties it to the same people as the website events.
Overview
Connecting GoHighLevel installs the Mythic app on the client's GoHighLevel sub-account. Mythic then receives the sub-account's CRM activity, such as new contacts, form submissions, booked appointments, opportunity changes and orders, and joins it to the visitors Mythic tracked on the client's website. That join is what lets journeys, attribution and ROAS reach the lead or sale recorded in GoHighLevel.
You need a GoHighLevel login with access to the client's sub-account.
Connect a client
Open Integrations
Open the client and choose Setup, then Integrations. The Connect GoHighLevel step is at the top.
Start the install
Click Connect GoHighLevel. The app opens GoHighLevel in the same tab.
Pick one sub-account
Log in to GoHighLevel and choose the client's sub-account. Do not pick the agency: an agency-level install is not linked to any client.
Come back to Mythic
GoHighLevel returns you to Integrations. A GoHighLevel connected banner confirms it, and the step shows the sub-account id and when it was connected.
The first CRM events arrive as activity happens in the sub-account. See them on the client's Activity screen.
Status
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Connected | The sub-account is linked and Mythic receives its activity |
| Not connected | No sub-account is linked yet |
| Disconnected | GoHighLevel no longer accepts the install's access, for example after the app was uninstalled. Click Reconnect |
| Incomplete | GoHighLevel reports the install, but Mythic is missing the sub-account or its access key. Click Reconnect |
Reconnect runs the same install again. Pick the same sub-account.
If it does not connect
The GoHighLevel didn't connect banner says why:
- That sub-account is already linked to another client. One GoHighLevel sub-account maps to exactly one Mythic client. Pick this client's own sub-account. To move a sub-account between clients, contact support.
- No install was found. The agency was picked instead of a sub-account, or the install was cancelled. Try again and pick a single sub-account.
- Mythic reported a code. Try again. If it repeats, send the code to support.
The button is unavailable on read-only sample clients.
Where you come back to
Mythic returns you to this app's address after the install. That address must be listed under Callback origins in Settings. Connecting from the app adds it for you. If you open the app from a new address, such as your own portal domain, check that it is listed.
What the CRM data powers
- Activity: GoHighLevel events appear with the website events. GoHighLevel tag changes are hidden unless Internal events is on.
- People & segments: journeys can use GoHighLevel appointment and opportunity outcomes as the goal, and GoHighLevel order or payment amounts as revenue.
